When you contact us via our contact form, by email, or via our newsletter signup, we collect: your name, email address, organization (if provided), and the content of your message.
b) Cookies and website usage data

c) Newsletter and event registrations

4. How Long We Keep Your Data
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above. Specifically:
- Contact form and email inquiries: up to 24 months after our last interaction, unless an ongoing relationship requires longer retention.
- Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe, plus a brief technical retention period.
- Event and workshop registrations: up to 24 months after the event.
- Accounting records (where required by Swedish law): 7 years.
- Website analytics data: anonymized after 14 months.
5. Who We Share Your Data With
We do not sell your personal data. We do, however, share data with carefully selected service providers (“data processors”) who help us operate our website and services. These currently include:
- SiteGround Hosting EOOD (Bulgaria/EU) — website hosting and email infrastructure.
- Google LLC — limited use for Google Workspace email and, where applicable, analytics. Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses.
All processors are bound by data processing agreements requiring them to handle your data only on our instructions and in compliance with GDPR.
6. International Data Transfers
Some of our service providers operate outside the European Economic Area (EEA). NOIWE AB also conducts educational activities in Morocco. Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, additional technical and organizational measures.

These include conceptual figures, diagrams, and other TEP materials developed by its founder, Dr. Teresa M. Cappiali. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or adaptation of these marks, the TEP methodology, or associated materials without prior written consent from NOIWE AB is strictly prohibited.
2. Intellectual Property Notice
All courses, materials, activities, and resources of NOIWE are based on Transformative-Emancipatory Pedagogy (TEP), a methodology developed by Dr. Teresa M. Cappiali between 2012 and 2026, with consistent documentation of course designs, training, and publications since 2016.
The TEP curriculum, including puzzle games and other pedagogical tools, was created in Italy and Sweden between 2016 and 2025, and continues to expand under NOIWE AB.
This methodology has been recently consolidated in Dr. Cappiali’s book Transformative-Emancipatory Pedagogy (TEP) to Reimagine Education (Palgrave, 2025), which summarizes 14 years of research at the crossroads of social sciences and education, offering philosophical, theoretical, and empirical foundations of TEP.
