TEP Services & Programs
How We Work
NOIWE® partners with universities, schools, organizations, and institutions to design and implement Transformative-Emancipatory Pedagogy (TEP)® — a research-based pedagogical system developed over 14 years across multiple countries and contexts. This includes teaching engagements, curriculum innovation, faculty development, and research-informed partnerships.
We collaborate closely with our partners, adapting TEP to their disciplinary and institutional priorities. Our programs are designed to be replicable, scalable, and grounded in a scientific approach to pedagogy, supporting long-term learning, innovation, and responsible practice at local, national, and international levels.
Services for Institutions
Organizations today face increasingly complex educational challenges. Whether the goal is to foster innovation, strengthen inclusion, improve engagement, develop leadership, redesign learning experiences, or address complex social issues, meaningful change requires both vision and implementation.
At NOIWE, we help schools, universities, foundations, governments, NGOs, and other organizations design, test, and scale innovative educational approaches. Drawing on years of international research, consultancy, and practice, we provide tailored support to help institutions transform ideas into meaningful and measurable impact.
Our services are grounded in Transformative-Emancipatory Pedagogy (TEP), an innovative framework that integrates educational research, human rights principles, and experiential learning to create more engaging, inclusive, and effective learning environments.
