NOIWE® Academy
Join the First TEP Academy Pilot Cohort (Autumn 2026).

Full Academy launching in 2027.
What Is NOIWE Academy and Who Is It For
The NOIWE Academy is our multilingual global platform for learning about and experiencing Transformative-Emancipatory Pedagogy (TEP)® in practice. It is our learning track for individual learners worldwide — distinct from our institutional services, which are delivered in person to schools, universities, and organizations.
The Academy builds on TEP as a scientifically grounded pedagogical infrastructure, designed to be adapted and replicated across sectors and geographical contexts. Courses and materials are designed for educators, facilitators, professionals, students, and lifelong learners across disciplines and sectors. Through immersive and applied learning experiences, participants engage with complex knowledge, real-world challenges, and ethical decision-making, while exploring how TEP can be adapted to diverse educational and professional contexts.
The Pilot Cohort — Autumn 2026
The first NOIWE Academy Pilot Cohort will run online in Autumn 2026 as a structured, research-based learning experience. Designed as an introduction to Transformative-Emancipatory Pedagogy (TEP)®, the cohort guides participants from foundational understanding to practical application in their own teaching, facilitation, or research contexts.
The cohort is anchored in our book Transformative-Emancipatory Pedagogy (TEP) to Reimagine Education, already downloaded by over 9,500 readers worldwide. It offers participants the opportunity to engage directly with its framework in an applied, collaborative setting.
